General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Sign Pro’s website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully—these aren’t just legal mumbo-jumbo, they’re our playbook for a smooth partnership.

Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, placing an order, or otherwise engaging Sign Pro, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms referenced herein.

Our Services

We specialize in:

  • Custom sign design, fabrication, and installation

  • Vehicle wraps and large-format graphics

  • Sign maintenance and repair

  • Brand identity packages

Detailed scope for your project will be outlined in your quote or proposal.

Quotes & Orders

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Approvals: You must sign off on all proofs, shop drawings, and final estimates before production begins.

  • Changes: Revisions after approval may incur additional fees and timeline shifts.

Pricing & Payment

  • Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for new customers, large projects, and specialty services.

  • Balance Due: Remainder payable upon completion and prior to delivery or installation.

  • Late Payments: Past-due balances incur 1.5% monthly interest (18% APR).

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of all logos, artwork, and trademarks you supply. We retain ownership of any proprietary designs, methods, or templates we develop—licensed to you upon full payment.

  • Usage Rights: You gain a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use final deliverables as intended for your business.

Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on track, you agree to:

  • Provide timely approvals, feedback, and all necessary assets (e.g., logos, copy).

  • Secure any required permits or landlord/HOA approvals.

  • Ensure safe, unobstructed access for installation crews on scheduled dates.

Delivery & Installation

  • Scheduling: We’ll coordinate installation dates once fabrication is complete.

  • Access: You must provide safe access (power, equipment clearance) and necessary site permissions.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk pass to you upon completion of installation or pick-up.

Warranty & Disclaimer

  • Standard Warranty: We warrant workmanship and materials to be free from defects for 12 months from installation.

  • Exclusions: Damage from accidents, vandalism, misuse, or force majeure is not covered.

  • Disclaimer: Except as expressly stated, Sign Pro provides all services “as is” without additional warranties.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: You may cancel up to 48 hours before production; deposit forfeited.

  • Rush Orders: Non-refundable once work begins.

  • Returns: Custom signs aren’t returnable—accuracy of proofs and measurements is your responsibility.

Privacy & Communication

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Sign Pro’s liability exceed the total fees paid for the specific project, nor will we be liable for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, U.S.A. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Yellowstone County.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will post here with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.

To join Sign Pro’s text program, text SIGNPRO to 4062593200. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional SMS messages from Eleventy, LLC (DBA Sign Pro) at the mobile number you provide.

Message Types

Messages may include:

  • Project updates (quotes, fabrication status, installations)

  • Appointment reminders and maintenance alerts

  • Special promotions and offers

  • Customer service responses

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You can expect up to 8 messages per month, depending on your project activity and promotional schedules.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

Opt-Out (STOP)

You can unsubscribe at any time. Simply reply STOP to any Sign Pro SMS, and you will receive a one-time confirmation. After that, you will receive no further messages.
